How it works

It's very simple...

Using this website is very simple. Every visitor can register, view the listings and browse the Ads for free. In order to view contact details of specific Ads you should select from the following membership options.

You can also create Ads and let others know about you or your place. Once you create an Ad, you might be contacted by other members regarding your Ad.

We have on-going advertisement on Melbourne bulletin, Griffith and Bond university, all residentals in main suburbs of the Melbourne and Google. As you create an Ad, it will be read by huge number of visitors daily.

1 - I am looking for a room or flat

Basically if you are looking for a place to rent you can either check the list of available rooms or you can easily post an Ad and let others know about you. In order to post an Ad you have to sign up, create an Ad and choose a membership type. Once you post an Ad, it will be on-line and in our listings for 30 days or until you find a place to move to. In case you don't have constant access to the internet, you can just give us a call on 5570 4525 and we create your Ad for you.

1. Unlimited access for 6 months $ 50
2. Unlimited acces for 12 months $ 90

4 - Create an Ad and present yourself in the listing
5 - Call our office on 5570 4525 or come see us regarding activating your Ad.

2 - I have a room or flat to rent

It costs $ 10 to activate your Ad on-line in our listings for 30 days. For more information please contact office.

3 - I have several rooms or flats to rent

If you are a real estate agent, a student agency or an individuals with several places to rent out, you can sign up and create several Ads manually for each property of yours. Once you do that your Ads will appear on-line in our listings. In case you have more than 5 properties to rent, you should contact us and we will help you go through the process faster and easier.
